Lithuania has risen in the Global Talent Competitiveness Index

Lithuania has risen in the Global Talent Competitiveness Index, and now ranks 33rd among 118 countries that are measured by their ability to compete for talent as well as competencies that are present in the country.

The rise of Lithuania was mostly determined by improved indicators in the ability to attract and grow talent.

Lithuania is in the highest position in terms of ease of hiring: it is ranked first among all the countries assessed. Lithuania ranks 29th by global knowledge skills and growth of talent.

Switzerland tops the Index, and Singapore, the United Kingdom, USA, and Sweden are in the top five. Latvia is ranked 32nd, Estonia, 20th, Poland, 38th, the Czech Republic, 23rd, and Slovakia, 37th.
