Shrimps with Lithuanian DŽIUGAS cheese

Recipe with legendary  Lithuanian DŽIUGAS cheese

  • 500 g peeled shrimps
  • 6 crackers
  • 3 table spoons olive oil
  • 2 table spoons shredded cheese DŽIUGAS®
  • 2 cloves chipped garlic
  • parsley (optional)


Crush crackers and mix them with chipped garlic and grated cheese; leave the mix for some time.

Fry shrimps in olive oil of 5 minutes; a hot red pepper may be added. Pour off excess oil, then add a part of the cracker mix and fry for a short while.

Serve in small pans with the rest of the cracker and cheese mix added on top.

Eat without any delay!
