Shrimps with Lithuanian DŽIUGAS cheese

- 500 g peeled shrimps
- 6 crackers
- 3 table spoons olive oil
- 2 table spoons shredded cheese DŽIUGAS®
- 2 cloves chipped garlic
- parsley (optional)
Crush crackers and mix them with chipped garlic and grated cheese; leave the mix for some time.
Fry shrimps in olive oil of 5 minutes; a hot red pepper may be added. Pour off excess oil, then add a part of the cracker mix and fry for a short while.
Serve in small pans with the rest of the cracker and cheese mix added on top.
