Lithuanian international experience - for the progress of the state in the fields of defense, aviation, start-ups and other fields ⋆ The Baltic Review

On June 27th, more than 200 global Lithuanian professionals will gather at Kaunas Žalgiris Arena for the annual conference “Global Lithuanian Leaders Summer Gathering”. Representatives of the diaspora from 18 countries and Lithuanian business, political and cultural leaders will discuss the attraction of talents to Lithuania, the relationship of foreign Lithuanians with their hometowns and the role of the diaspora in the world economy.

Compatriots who make Lithuania famous all over the world come especially for this event: the most famous Lithuanian pianist Mūza Rubackytė, the artist Ray Bartkus living in the USA, producer and director Viktorija Mickutė from New York, architect Viktorija Chmieliauskaitė from Germany, businessman and investor Apolinaras Sinkevičius and many others.

The organizers of the event are convinced – innovations are created when a platform is provided for experts from different fields to gather in one place and share different experiences.

In addition to key discussions and presentations, participants will have the opportunity to attend interactive discussions and hear and share their insights on aviation trends, creative industries, global defense innovations, and the startup ecosystem.

The organizers of the conference are the non-governmental organization “Global Lithuanian Leaders”, which unites 28 Lithuanian professional clubs abroad and more than 2500 global Lithuanian professionals and has been actively involving them in activities in Lithuania for 15 years.
