At UN Headquarters in New York, according to a Provisional List of Speakers which is subject to change, the General Debate of the General Assembly’s Seventy-Fourth Session will take place on September 24-30, 2019

On the opening morning, Tuesday, September 24, as usual, Brazil will open up the General Debate, followed by Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America.

The Latvian Head of State Egils Levits will address the UN General Assembly during the afternoon session on September 24 which starts at 3 pm in the afternoon.

The following day, September 25, Estonia’s Head of State Kersti Kaljulaid will be included in the morning session, and Lithuania’s newly elected Head of State Gitanas Nausėda will address the UN General Debate on September 25.

The European Union, according to the Provisional List of Speakers, will deliver a statement during the morning of September 26, 2019.
