„We acquired in 2014. We allocated resources to improve offices as well as surrounding infrastructure. We installed showers, scooter parking lots and initiated the opening of gyms and restaurants. We had a goal to fulfil the broad spectrum of likely needs, whereas now we are ready to accomplish the best possible conditions for every tenant“, said J. Kolosova.
