President: vacant territories in Latvia will not be filled with refugees

The vacant territories of Latvia will be never filled with refugees, they will be given back to those who emigrated from Latvia once they return to their homeland, President Raimonds Vejonis says in an interview with newspaper "Neatkariga Rita Avize" (NRA), cites LETA.
