Lithuanian government okays putting excise duty on natural gas for district heating

The Government in Lithuania has approved the Finance Ministry's initiative to start applying minimum excise duties on natural gas used as fuel for production of district heating, as established in the European Union's legislation, reports LETA/ELTA.
