Lithuania will donate 30,000 euro to Gaza

After that Estonia (75,000 euro) and Latvia (50,000 euro) already donated to the victims in Gaza who are suffering from the latest Israeli-Palestinian clashes, the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry announced today (Friday) that the country will donate 30,000 euros (103,000 Litas) to Gaza.

According to BNS, the humanitarian aid will be transferred to UNRWA, which is working in the Gaza Strip under the UN direction. The money, will be used to help for the victims and in order to organize working places to the refugees in Gaza Strip.

Basing on the latest Palestinian updates, 1875 people lost their lives during the Israeli air strikes. 64 Israeli soldiers were killed during the ground offensive operation in Gaza, and three civilians as a result of the Palestinian rocket shooting.
