By According to the newspaper Diena, the now former chief of Latvian Rail (Latvijas Dzelzcels, LDz) Ugis Magonis might have received a large bribe from Estonian businessman Oleg Osinovsky in regard to a recent purchase of four old diesel locomotives, reports LETA.
