Vilnius residents met the torrential rain with cheers

After hot days in the Lithuanian capital, in Vilnius, a heavy rain stroke today (Friday). The residents, who are not regular to such heat, suffered for more than a week from record temperatures.

The torrential rain that stroke Vilnius today brought even to small folds in the Lithuanian capital and to many happy residents who became tired from the extreme heat. But after the rain, the stuffiness in the air rose and it was hard to breathe said to Baltic Review some citizens.

According to the synoptic prognoses, this Saturday supposed to be hot as well with 27 degrees Celsius. Rains are expected all over Lithuania. On Sunday, it will be more comfortable with 25 degrees. But the comfortable weather will disappear on Monday when the temperatures in Vilnius will grow to 28 degrees.

On Tuesday, the temperatures will be quite bit regular to the season with 23 degrees Celsius, while on Wednesday, the residents of the Lithuanian capital will feel 22 degrees Celsius only with possibility for rain.
