By Minister of Foreign Affairs Marina Kaljurand stated that the kidnapping of Security Police Officer Eston Kohver from Estonia's territory has constituted a gross violation of international law, and the entire process in Russia has been unlawful from the very beginning, writes LETA/Postimees Online.
